In a MVA case, can I start the treatment right after being assessed by your health practitioner

In a MVA case, can I start the treatment right after being assessed by your health practitioner, or I have to wait for treatment plan approval? 

In physiotrust clinic, we will provide the treatment you need soon after our practitioners have an assessment and make a treatment plan for you. We never wait for the approval, because we care about you, no matter if we get paid or not.
