Pursed lip Exercise

1.    Sit on a chair, take a relaxed position, feet touching the floor, lean forward, relax your shoulders, and support your forearms on your knees.
2.    Breath in through the nose with the count of 2 and breath out slowly through the pursed lip with the count of 4. Repeat until the shortness of breath goes away and you get your breath back.
