Pendular (Codman’s) exercise
In standing position, bend forward, put your unaffected arm on a table, hang your affected arm loosely and swing it back and forth, side to side and make a circle clockwise and counterclockwise.
Progression: keep a 1 to 2-pound weight with your hand and do the same.
