Stretching of wrist flexors

Standing with your arm stretched, place your palm on the wall, keep your whole palm attached to the wall, turn your body slightly to the opposite side, hold it for 20 to 30 seconds, turn your body back.
Note: you must not feel tingling in your palm or fingers during this exercise. If so, bring your hand a bit down on the wall until you do not feel tingling anymore.
Standing with your arm stretched out in front of you and palm up. Bend your wrist, so your straight fingers point to the ground. Get help from the other hand. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds, then relax.
Note that you must not feel tingling in your palm or fingers during this exercise. If so, release the pressure.
