Piriformis stretching in lying position

Lie on your back with both feet planted on the ground, cross left leg over the right, bring both legs toward your chest. Grasp your left leg with both hands, pull to the chest to feel more stretching in your left piriformis deep in your pelvis area. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat the same for right side.
