Self Stretching of Hamstring and calf muscle in standing position
Stand in front of a chair. Place the heel of your foot to be stretched on the chair with the knee straight. Bend forward. Point your toes and foot up to your face, apply more stretch with the help of your hand. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Repeat for the other side.
